The main house opens to a wraparound porch at the pool while the barn is reimagined as a guest house, both with open plans that link kitchen, dining, and living for relaxed island living.
House and Barn, One Cohesive Compound
A formerly utilitarian barn becomes a second dwelling that complements the main house and strengthens indoor to outdoor flow across the site.
The result is an eight bedroom compound near Town with social spaces that spill to the porch and pool for effortless gathering after beach days.
