Erin Cusker Promoted to Associate Principal

studioDSK is pleased to announce the promotion of Erin Cusker to Associate Principal.

Erin’s work reflects a strong design sensibility paired witha thoughtful, client-focused approach. She has played a key role in advancing projects across the firm, contributing to environments that are both highly functional and deeply considered in how they serve the people who use them.

Recently, Erin has led Bentley University’s Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship [TIE] initiative. TIE will transform Bentley’s approach to business education, beginning with the renovation and expansion of the Adamian Academic Center. Adamian will become the heart of Bentley's Academic Quad, inviting students, faculty, and industry leaders to explore the future of business and disruptive technologies.

Her leadership extends beyond project delivery. Erin is a trusted collaborator who brings clarity to complex challenges, aligns teams around shared goals, and elevates the quality of our work through vision and execution.

This promotion recognizes Erin’s positive impact on the firm and her role in shaping studioDSK’s future. As Associate Principal, she will continue to guide projects, mentor collaborators, and contribute to our team’s growth across Advisory, Planning, Architecture, and Interiors.
