A Fresh Chapter for Farm & Coast Market in Padanaram Village
Farm & Coast Market has reopened in South Dartmouth’s Padanaram Village with a newly expanded space; offering more room to dine, gather, and enjoy locally rooted meals. studioDSK is proud to have helped shape this community hub from its beginnings to today.
This month marks a new beginning for Farm & Coast Market with the grand opening of its expanded space in South Dartmouth’s Padanaram Village, just steps from studioDSK’s SoDa office. The reopening reflects both a physical transformation and the continued evolution of a vision that began nearly a decade ago.
In 2017, studioDSK designed the renovation of a long-vacant building at 7–9 Bridge Street. At the time, Padanaram’s harbor village had seen many of its businesses fade over the years. The project brought energy back to the heart of the village, pairing two ground-floor businesses, the Farm & Coast Market and Flora Style, with three residences above.
From the start, Farm & Coast was more than a market. It was imagined as a welcoming spot for locals, boaters, vacationers, and visitors alike to gather over great food and conversation. The new expansion builds on that idea, creating more space to sit, dine, and connect.
Today, Farm & Coast is a full-service market and neighborhood destination, offering prepared meals, a butcher counter, barista bar, curated wine and beer selection, and all-day menus rooted in local ingredients. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, grabbing dinner to go, or meeting friends for dessert, the updated space makes room for it all.
