Concord Academy - Centennial Arts Center

The Centennial Arts Center [CAC] provides a new central hub for Concord Academy’s West Campus. The CAC invites students to engage in interdisciplinary performing arts, offering a new Theater, Music Hall, and dynamic support/practice spaces.
Repositioning West Campus
An important campus planning objective was to position this new major campus facility on existing residual open space, creating signature landscapes in the Academy Garden, West Lawn, and Pollinator Me
The building circulation system integrates pedestrian movement across campus, linking CA’s core to a new Academy Village faculty housing development.
