The list recognizes studios setting new standards for workplace culture across architecture and design. The judges highlighted studioDSK for its culture and inclusivity, citing a practice built on shared vision and ongoing engagement, where staff are “united, supported and empowered.”

The studio supports a broad range of work, from residential and institutional projects to commercial and cultural initiatives, while maintaining a consistent focus on how people experience both the studio and the environments it designs. Weekly engagement and firm-wide cultural initiatives reinforce a shared vision across the practice.
