Dynamic Space
Flexible Design – Working away from the base of static architecture, this design works to progress and diversify creative hubs through opportunities of flexibility. Illuminated Spaces - Spaces within denser urban environments often struggle to use daylighting as an advantage in their design. This center and its interventions allow for a beautiful studio light with sky views, despite being tucked in a tight urban environment. Technology – Programmatic organization allows for the optimization of technological spaces and promotes an ever-changing landscape of the creative world. Student Showcase Space – All walls in the design were looked at as an opportunity to become corridor galleries or blank canvases to showcase student work.
